ShopseatingReviews of shopseating.com

They know how to value and care. Total customer satisfaction, great assistance. ShopSeating rules!!!

Bought my bedroom set with shopseating and thy did a great job, they will get more of my business!!

Purchased the Eames Lounger in white/ivory with Palisander. As an architect my peers are discerning, everyone thinks I paid 5x's more for this chair because the craftsmanship/quality of production and exacting proportions equal the current originals. The lounger is a piece of art and I'm glad to add it to my collection. Also of note the Italian leather is more supple than in the pictures, which is the way it should be. The Palisander wood has exotic striations. It was shipped protected in a crated box with white glove delivery.

Just received my second purchase, they know how to give service and customer satisfaction, ShopSeating rules!!!

good phone help, and selection

Buying several chairs from ShopSeating was a great experience. As worried as I am about online purchases, their friendly customer service and prompt shipping has certainly made me a believer.

So, I had a problem with the chair I ordered. When it arrived, partially because the packaging crumbled when I tried to lift the chair, I dropped the box. When I opened it, one armrest had broken off. Shopseating sent me a new one via UPS express, no questions asked, after the initial trouble I had had. This is what customer service should be like. Thanks!

Cheap shipping worldwide and great prices and their products
