The product was extremely poor quality not anything like the images. The company would not give a full refund and would not give refund details. Do not use them.

Avoid like the plague. Can’t believe in this day and age that you order something that takes a whole month to be delivered other companies like Temu and Shein are far more reliable than this joke of a company who sell fake products with no tracking numbers that you have to chase up yourself only to be told that because you’ve chased it up the product then starts to get processed and sent to you. Please, please, please save your money. This company is a scam.

Ordered as a gift. Guaranteed delivery by date came with no update had to contact them. Very slow to respond and when they did said they were PLEASED to tell me I would get it in another week or so. No good to me had to cancel and having to panic buy now. Thanks Shoplectic!

If I could leave zero stars i would. In mid February, I ordered a sweater from Viral Jackets. It is mid March and no sweater and promises of a full refund are lies. The customer service is terrible as is all of the entities involved,: Viral Jackets and Shoplectic. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES. THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS!

Only left one star as I can’t leave 0 AVOID AVOID AVOID this lying company at all costs. They will con you and then continually lie. I have a case open with Paypal atm. Please steer clear of them.

This company doesn't even deserve one star! I bought a shirt for my friend last May, and the quality was terrible—not like what you see on their website. It was made in Pakistan. It took ages to receive it. Once I received it, I returned it. They offered a voucher instead of a refund. Then I ordered the second shirt, as they promised the quality would be better. But it was the same again. I sent it back. They accepted the return and confirmed that they would make the payment that week. However, I then received another email saying that I didn’t send the shirt back in time and that the shirt was used. That was an unbelievably false accusation. I gave them one more week. If they don’t refund my money, I will take them to court. After seeing many bad reviews from their customers, they cannot get away with it this time. Please don’t buy anything from these people. They are a scam!

Ordered a hoodie for Christmas present, wanted to change the size but have had no response. Returns have to be requested THE DAY THE ITEM IS RECEIVED or they ignore you. As a present it was not reported on delivery day, Hoodie was £50 puff palm hoodie loose threads all over the place, front pocket came undone on first wear we had to keep it as no option to return. Would not buy again, they will go out if business soon.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I spent £50 on a hoody as a Christmas present for my daughter. I never received a confirmation email of my order which I thought was very strange. I contacted them to ask if they had received my order and I had no response. I started to panic and contacted PayPal to see if they could help. I then receive my order and the quality was awful ! So I tried to return it. I got 0 response from the company, they do not answer the phone or reply to emails. So I escalated it to PayPal. They got in contact with them and the company tried to offer me a partial refund ???? To which I declined and asked for a full refund. PayPal then closed the case and suggested I go to my bank. My bank have now raised a dispute. I'm just waiting to see what happens now. I'm currently £50 out of pocket as it stands, my daughter is really upset that the hoody she so desperately wanted is a load of rubbish and the whole thing has caused me huge amounts of stress. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are scammers, they need shutting down. Awful human beings !
