My husband bought a jacket and the garment wasn't too bad for the money BUT it is miles too small we are reluctant to return it because so many people have ended up with no refund and no jacket that we decided to give it away instead. It also took a long time to arrive and although the company gives a UK address I strongly suspect it came from China.

I bought a jacket for £75 and was really disappointed with the quality when it arrived — loose stitching, damaged details, and not at all what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they offered me a replacement but only if I paid an extra shipping fee. This didn’t make sense to me, since their website advertises free shipping. After some back and forth, I eventually received the replacement, which they promised would be of better quality. Unfortunately, it still had noticeable quality issues. I reported this again, but since then I’ve been completely ignored. Overall, poor quality products and even worse customer service.

Initially I was sent a jacket with the wrong details on it (twice) but i could tell that the quality itself was excellent so I persevered and 3rd time lucky, I got what I had asked for. Also I was only charged once which I do appreciate. Took awhile but we got there.
