Look at the reviews for the mens tom hardy pea coat jacket!! All from woman and all sound ai written. Suss

Ordered a jacket on the 4th August 3 weeks later still no jacket asked for a refund, but they keep saying its in transit with a tracking number, now there saying another 3 to 4 days ,contacted my bank as I think its fraud ,wanted the jacket for fancy dress party now thats ruined ,terrible service I will never use these again

I bought a jacket for £75 and was really disappointed with the quality when it arrived — loose stitching, damaged details, and not at all what was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they offered me a replacement but only if I paid an extra shipping fee. This didn’t make sense to me, since their website advertises free shipping. After some back and forth, I eventually received the replacement, which they promised would be of better quality. Unfortunately, it still had noticeable quality issues. I reported this again, but since then I’ve been completely ignored. Overall, poor quality products and even worse customer service.

AVOID AVOID. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. This company is awful the jacket I received was in a very poor state but most of all it’s to small. They have said they need to do a review before they can make a decision, not sure why if the jacket doesn’t fit. They asked for pictures and they come back to 5 days later to say they couldn’t open them, even all along they kept saying that they need to do a ticket. I’m now fighting to get a refund for an item that’s to small

trying to get a refund after canceling my order. they aren't reading my emails and keep saying they will send it soon.

Was close to purchasing a Bret Hart hoodie, luckily took the time to check the customer reviews on here rather than the website. I noticed in the small collection of 5* reviews that Mr Syed Mohsin Ali left a five star review, coincidentally the same name as the registered director of the company. I'm surprised he didn't give himself a discount for his jacket! Keep your wits about you.
