Scam site. Ordered a jacket, no tracking, no response to email or phone numbers on website. AVOID.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. DO NOT buy from this website. They are scammers. Ordered a jacket for my son's birthday, never arrived by delivery date despite ordering a month in advance. Supposedly it was coming from a UK warehouse and within 10 days. Emailed them a few times, I got a response twice and then no more correspondence. Please do not give them your money

Terrible company. Totally wrong size jacket sent, promised to send replacement free of charge and then won’t reply to any emails. Proceeded to get a refund through credit card company - total con artist

I ordered a cardigan from Shoplectic. Their website states that if you cancel before the order is shipped, you can get a 100% REFUND WITH NO PROBLEM. WELL, THAT WAS DEFINITELY NOT MY EXPERIENCE! I contacted the seller several times before the order was shipped and made it absolutely clear that I wanted to cancel. Instead of processing my cancellation, they kept offering me discounts to persuade me to keep the order. They acknowledged my cancellation requests and said a refund would be processed, but nothing happened. Eventually, despite my repeated cancellation requests, they shipped the cardigan anyway. When it arrived, the size was different from what I had ordered, there were no brand labels or order details, and the quality looked significantly different from the photos on their website. Only after I had received the parcel did the seller start discussing returning the item and getting my money back. Before that, they repeatedly ignored my requests to cancel the order. By the time they finally started talking about a return, I had already received a parcel I had clearly asked them not to send. They then asked me to return it to an address they provided, but did not clearly guarantee a full refund or explain who would pay for return postage. After everything that had happened, I had no confidence that returning the item would actually get my money back Honestly, the only reason I managed to deal with this situation was ChatGPT and the support from my bank. Without their help, I would probably have simply sent the cardigan back and ended up losing both the item and my money. Monzo guided me through the dispute, and I eventually got my money back This experience caused me weeks of unnecessary stress. I would never order from this shop again, and I strongly advise other buyers to be careful. Keep all your emails and evidence, and don't assume that the seller will resolve things just because their website promises an easy refund

Shoplectic are complete scammers. The advertised clothing bore no resemblance to what was offered. They do not engage with emails for refunds. The phone number is fake, the address is doubtful. They are frauds. Avoid them.

They don't respond when you try and cancel, the quality is cheap I got the wolf cardigan from project hail Mary it looks nothing like the photos on the website when I asked for a refund they didn't respond either

Do not buy from here!!!! I bought a jacket for my daughters birthday on the 1st Aug and didn't recieve it. I tried to contact the number on the website and it does not work. I have sent several emails (provided on the website) asking for a refund and they have all bounced back so i am not having to get legal advice.
