The jacket I ordered is OK. But we wanted to return it and get a refund. I tried to contact them by email and phone and they haven't responded. I have had to escalate this via PayPal to try and get a refund.

This is not a English company owned by a Pakistani live in UAE. And doesn't give a toss who they ripe off. DONT BY FROM THIS SITE. Had to stop payment with credit card

This company is a fraud - do NOT use it. They take your money and run. They do not reply to emails. Their telephone number does not work. They do not provide a refund. DO NOT USE

Trying to contact the company to request a refund, bought the item yesterday, contact number when called says does not recognise, reading other reviews can see this is a scam company and want a refund straight away, of course they aren't replying and looking at other reviews it's clear this is going to be difficult

Initially I was sent a jacket with the wrong details on it (twice) but i could tell that the quality itself was excellent so I persevered and 3rd time lucky, I got what I had asked for. Also I was only charged once which I do appreciate. Took awhile but we got there.

If i could leave a no-star review, I would...... The item ordered was not what my wife wanted so tried to return and get a full refund but the responses were nothing short of outright incompetence and written in broken English. I have been offered to keep the garment and they will send a £30 refund......... The garment is awful.... Please avoid using Shoplectic, better off putting your money in the bin......
