Ordered a jumper for my daughter. Haven’t received it and when I emailed a few times to find out where it was I have been given a different explanation every time. I have asked for a refund multiple times and now they are not responding. Avoid avoid avoid and save your money

Total fraud. Ordered a M size Stussy hoodie. When is arrived it was obviously fake (delivered from Pakistan) and was tiny - my 12 year old daughter could not actually get it over her head!

Worst company I have ever dealt with, asked if my order would arrive before my deadline for fancy address and was assured it would arrive. I then ordered the product a James Bond jumper and I was told Wednesday night (I was leaving early Friday) it hasn’t even been posted. Absolute shambles !!

Confusing company Leather Jackets UK London a subsidiary of SHOPLECTIC! Ordered a yellow stone suede jacket. Eventually sent me an email saying Royal Mail will deliver my order but 2 days later they tell me Skynet will pick up my order in PAKISTAN delivery up to 22 days. WHAT! Avoid them no communication and delivery is when ever they feel like it. Will take the matter further as have cancelled my order.
