Mordi, great sales rep

My order for a fully electric hospital bed was delivered quickly.

The Customer Service Representatives Tiffany and Tonia were very nice and professional. Always kept updated with my order .

Respectful, Very patient and helpful, and made sure all merchandise was delivered. Awesome job!

The customer service team kept in contact with us from the beginning when we placed our order until we had a delivered and set up hospital bed at my fathers. We purchased the White Glove Setup with our bed and we used our own memory foam mattress.

This was our first encounter with this company and it was amazing! I called, was shown what I needed. The order is being delivered within 4 or 5 business days. Mr. Simon's was a fantastic help getting us qualified for the right product for our needs. Thank you for great customer service!
