Well it was good . but after he left I noticed he put the railings backwards and he didn't give me a seat belt for the bed.

I had an amazing experience with customer support. One of the best experiences I’ve had with communication, they would check in and let me know the status of my request without me having to ask. I asked for assistance with cables that weren’t even listed on the site and they managed to find them for me and make them available for purchase. The delivery was super fast as well. I was able to restore a CS7 Invacare bed back to being functional with their help. Very grateful for the support and assistance from the agents that helped!

Received a discount coupon but would have liked it to be higher than 5%. I was kept informed of of shipping progress. Scooter was delivered when promised. Ordered on Friday received on Wednesday. Assembly was very easy. No need for the white glove service or other service as long as you yourself or have someone else is capable of helping. My 82 yr old husband and myself were able to complete the assembly (and I use that term loosely). Hardest part was initially was manually opening scooter up. Battery was already installed just had to remove paper that was inserted. Also the fob for automatic open/close of scooter already had a battery installed but they send you an extra battery for that. Very pleased with the scooter.
