ShopHairWigsReviews of shophairwigs.com

I purchased a few wigs from them before and I was satisfied with quality and service. Larissa, thank you for your assistance

Do not recommend . They offer discounts to leave positives reviews before buying . Got offended because I asked why were their so many bad reviews

I have ordered thousands of dollars' worth of wigs from this company. They used FEDEX Ground in which the delivery driver delivered to wrong address. Of course, I was blown off by FEDEX and advised to reach out to the company the merchandise was ordered from that would be Shophairwigs and have them file a claim for lost package. I reached out via email, the only way to contact them received a response that I was basically SOL and if I wanted to GUARANTEE that I would receive my orders, I should have requested a delivery signature (anybody) could have signed for package that guarantees NOTHING. My problem is, I knew when the issue was discarded by FEDEX, the oh well response from Shophairwigs I was screwed. I order from this company 3-4 times a month and as a loyal customer I am left feeling like we got your money, next order you will know better. Not expecting anything to come of this review just buyers BEWARE, hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

MAHAZ and LARISSA provide top notch customer service. I am so happy with my purchase. 🤸🏼‍♀️👏🥰

When your health condition results in the requirement of wigs/hair pieces, it is important to deal with a wig/ hair supply company that understands and is very sensitive. Shophairwigs.com is that company. They are professional and fast. Larissa is a very sympathetic employee skilled in dealing with customers who are wig wearing patients. I will always use Shophairwigs.com to satisfy my hair care needs. Thank you sincerely.
