Loved the concept but one of these came dried out and unusable while the other two were very disappointing. They do not go on smoothly into skin as shown in the video. So disappointed in this expensive purchase.

Easy to use website. Order shipped in quoted time. But then didn't get my order and they don't give a crap about that

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them - as with other reviewers, I ordered one of their products over a month ago and still have not received it. Through five exchanges, I have been told my order is "in fulfillment." I asked for it to be cancelled and was told it cannot be cancelled as it is "in fulfillment." How is that even a thing? I have never had that happen before, and I buy way too much online. These people are scammers, plain and simple. Steer clear.

The products are good. Shipping is horrible!! I placed and order the beginning of June still haven’t received it. No phone number for support. Just an automated email reply. 😡

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I placed my order on May 2nd and it has been in fullfilment status since then, I tried canceling and they say they can't because it's in fullfilment status.

Dear customer, We are sorry for the delay. Your order has been canceled and refunded back to your bank account. It can take up to 6 business days to receive the money (depends on your bank). Thank you and have a nice day!

I ordered the product over 3 weeks ago and just received it a couple days ago. I am very dissatisfied with the product. I was so excited waiting for the brow product & when I recieved it, it was dried out and not worth the 24 bucks I paid for it. It wasn't what I expected at all. 🤨
