They shipped my order sooner than expected and I’m happy with the product

Boooo...Product was way darker in person (Microblading pen) and arrived more than 2 weeks after I ordered it. On the company commitment page it says that returns are easy!!! You need to email them to see if you are eligible for a return and then the customer pays for return shipping. That stinks. How is that easy? Update: The company will NOT return the product because it was opened.

Don’t order from this company , I have been waiting 2 weeks for my product !!!!!

i really love the lipsticks, particularly the metallic ones, I now have 4 colours. As long as you allow them to dry they stay on really well

The first day I received it, it worked great. The second day, the product would not come out of the tip evenly unless it was being held with the tip pojnting down. My third try and it clumped horribly. I am completely unsatisfied with this product for the price.

I ordered a product from Focallure and after N initial confirmation of my order heard nothing. The product was promised within 4-7 days, but a week had passed and still no tracking number or notice of shipment. I contacted customer service (via their online chat tool) who refused to cancel my order and explained my product would be shipped in 4-7 days. I sent a follow-up email and was again told they would not cancel and informed of yet another delay. After a 3rd fruitless exchange with customer service, I filed a complaint with PayPal, after which my return was immediately processed. Based on my experience and the 120+ complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau, i’m beginning to doubt they even stock the make-up they claim to sell.

I love this way to apply this eyebrow more than anything I’ve ever bought BUT it only worked for three applications. Gives very defined lines that definitely look like little hairs. Seems to be dried up just that quick and I’ve never left the top off. I also bought chestnut and should’ve bought brown. Chestnut is way too dark for me. I have bought more in a lighter color and I’m hoping it doesn’t dry up as fast. Didn’t even get to use it one week.

Love it! Lost my eyebroiws years ago due to a gas stove blowing up in my face. It singed the hairs around ny hairline, eyelashes, and eyebrows. Unfortunately, the eyebrow hair did not grow back. Once applied, it stays on until you take it off. Great product!
