I love love this product but it quit working after 2 weeks.

The company really followed up with me about my purchases and made me feel appreciated.

After waiting and communicating with them for two months I never received my product. I requested a refund in full. They kept trying to convince me to keep waiting and gave me the runaround. Thankfully I paid using PayPal and filed a claim in order to cancel order and receive a refund.

Ordered the leg shaver for my wife. After over a month of waiting and having to phone number to contact and my emails saying they were on back order. They sent me this little tiny shaver that they claimed was a better product. It would take a full day to shave your legs with this lip shaver. Customer service was no help. Wanted to return it. Was told that I excepted it and did not respond to the email they sent. Which was true as I found it in the spam folder.

I purchased 3 long wear matte lipsticks and a sale price bag of wax beads. The wax beads did a great job and smelled nice. The lipstick was heavily pigmented shades that were lovely. They were all darker than expected for my pale complexion. Went on smooth, felt comfortable. I wish they would stay on longer. By end of a school day it looks bad, it starts to wear off the inner lip within the first couple hours. For the price I will purchase again.

I placed an order for the microblading non-permanent tattoo eyebrow pen on May 12 for Mother’s Day. After a week passed and no word from them or tracking. I emailed them and asked where my package was? They kept stringing me along for not one week, not two or even three weeks but NOW still no package and its a MONTH LATER!!!! After telling them I am unable to wait any longer, and to cancel/refund my order they tell me they will only refund TEN PERCENT of my order!!!!!! Hell no. I’ve waited a month and you have the audacity to tell me only 10% refunded??? No way. I disputed the charge through my bank for the order. They just emailed me saying they can’t cancel it now as it’s finally getting ready to be shipped out. I told them do not bother, as I’ve disputed the order through my bank and will be getting a full refund. How ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and literally the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever witnessed. Don’t waste your time or money on this pathetic, horrible business!!!!! Not worth the headache!!!

Wish the shippinh would update faster

Haven't received the products yet but it was very easy to use the web site and order. Nce I have received the products and try them I will then leave another review.
