The boxes and products are amazing and worth 4 times what you're paying. Unfortunately, while dealing with customer service, it was so bad and such a horrible experience I cancelled. The second person I dealt with was the best but the damage from the first rep. was already done. Wish I had gotten him first. Great products and great prices are nothing when your customer service people are rude and unappreciative of your business. The business you pay their salaries with. Just very disappointing. Also free shipping is a must..no one wants to pay shipping especially on a subscription. At least split the cost with us and raise the monthly rate by $3.50. I don't pay shipping with any others.

The products are great quality for a great price. I am extremely satisfied by everything I’ve gotten.

This is my 4th email to your customer service. To whom it may concern, this is my 4th contact to your company regarding my order. As soon as I placed an order, I wrote immediately asking for it to be canceled. I didn’t realise your subscription box was only your products, I’m looking for variety and do not want your products. Your advertising made it seem like you were a box of variety with animal cruelty free products and that was of interest, NOT products from one company. As soon as I made the order and read some reviews and realised this issue and immediately contacted you to cancel. After days of emailing you have sent me an email CONFIRMING my shipment, the shipment I’ve asked to cancel BEFORE it shipped, the shipment I asked to cancel, INSTANTLY after ordering. These are shady business practices and I’m very disappointed. I will be taking my complaint to social media, including all of your comment sections if I do not see resolution within 24 hours. So far in just signing up, they have been very friendly and polite.I am very impressed at how fast they shipped out my first box,can't wait to see what goodies they have sent for me.

Wrost company ever. Your "free" beauty box is fraudulent as well as your marketing for. I have trying to cancel my subscription for a week and trying to get a manager to contact me. No luck. I currently am having an attorney look into it.
