If I could give 0 I would. I wrote a 5 star one before recieving my box as I was aked to by the company for money off. And being a student it was worth it. But since getting the box. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I have emailed them for weeks and had no reply. I an extremely unhappy and want a refund but they refuse. They gurantee $150/ £140 of stuff but There’s barely £30 worth. Absolute rip off.

Was not happy with my box. I personally did not see the value. I also looked up all the products and the value was less than what I paid for the box.

Focallure sends great products in a timely manner. I wish that it was easier to navigate by oneself in regards to suspending the account, skipping a month, exchanging a colour that was sent in the Babebox, or changing payment information. Also, it would be better to be able to speak with someone over the phone or via instant message regarding customer service issues.

I ordered my first babebox for $6.95, then a week later I was charged $35, now mind you I haven't even gotten my free box yet. It's 5 weeks later and I should have 2 boxes right now, I have only received one soggy almost open box, one of the items had sprung a leak. I have continually been writing them but they have yet to address the $35 they have taken.

This company is a joke. My first box was never even shipped and they did not refund my money. My second box took over 4 weeks to even be shipped and they kept giving me ridiculous reasons why. I canceled right away....this is a SCAM.
