Only because you won't accept my cancellation. I've cancelled my free box and any future boxes from this company. 4 times in the past few days I've repeatedly asked to cancel and today you shipped it. I'm disappointed on the service.

I absolutely love your brand and will be buying from you often as possible!!! You guys are amazing animal cruelty free!! Just what I’m in for!! Thank you for designing such amazing worthwhile products and I hope that they are as amazing as I think they are when it arrives!!!

Easy to use but doesnt let me make additional purchases for some reason

I cant wait to get my first boxs and it's on the way already I looked up pass boxes an I like what I see and the products looks amazing that's why I signed up.

Omg I'm so angry right now, I don't even know where to start. I guess I'll start the beginning and I'll try to make this as short as possible. I saw ads for the babebox and I was intrigued by the claim that you get your box for free however of course I didn't know at the time that really you're not because you're obligated to purchase the second box and to be honest I'm not even quite sure how much the second box was but I'm pretty confident that it was over $20. Well I just received my second box and I'm even more Angry than I was when I received the first box I just added up all the products I received in the second box and they totaled out to $18.63. And as I said pretty sure the Box cost to be well over that. Every single one of the products that I received was something easily found online that didn't cost more than a few bucks. The quality of the products that I received, there are no words. I feel completely idiotic for having been roped into this, needless to say I cancel my membership after I received the first box which was just as poor quality. Not only do they mislead you they send you cheap generic products. If I could help any readers out I would say please don't waste your time and your money!!
