It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting on my first subscription order and I have already been charged for my second order. Definitely not good for customer service

Love it!!!! I would shop here again!!

Very satisfied with the customer service. The updates and continuos status pertaining to my babebox makes it a breeze to know when and what is coming! Thank you BabeBox! Can’t wait for this months bag!

Yall take too long

I am not happy with the entire process. I have not received my initial trial box and have now been charged for a monthly subscription box. I did not receive shipping info on the trial box until yesterday & today I am charged for another box!! Beyond dissatisfied. I have contacted your customer service & gotten little to no results!! I will be opening a dispute & complaint file with PayPal, my bank and my credit card company tomorrow. Cancel my “membership”, return my money and keep your boxes. I want nothing to do with any of it.

I love my Focallur Cosmetics box and can't wait to get my next box

Love the box!!!!!

Cant wait for my product to arrive. There was a backorder due to high demand for the new BabeBox. I am so excited to test out some new products
