While I have not received my box yet which will arrive Monday April 8th, so far I’d have to say it’s fantastic. I do really like that they offered me the first box free and have been consistent in communicating with me about the order. They were rather fast sending it out! I have looked through their site and WOW! I can’t wait to do some feel better treating myself. The prices are rather low & I was surprised by that! I also am very excited about the price per month of the subscription service. I get a little treat every month which I will be looking forward to. It’s like mini Christmas each month! Can’t wait to see what they do with future boxes as they grow the service!

So my card was debited on March 3rd gave it a few weeks bc the email said they were running behind. No problem well I still have yet to recieve my first box and they charged my card 35.95 for another month. Quickly cancelled subscription

Y'all are a rip off

I've waited 33 days for my free box. Still havent received it was told subscription would be on 10th and my account was charged 35.95 but website says alalways free shipping. God knows when I will receive either box. Have emailed ur company at least 10 times all with same response. Its processing. I am cancelling my subscription

So good. Really enjoyed the product.

Bad customer service. I emailed to cancel subscription and was charged for second month without receiving first month. Emails are ignored. F rating on Better Business Bureau. If you think you are going to be treated appropriately this is NOT the company to order from. I have a complaint with PayPal open right now. Save yourself the grief. My hubby will be having the bank go after them as well.

I loved all of the products I received in my Beauty Box!!! I love getting beauty products every month and this is a great way to try new products!!
