I still haven't received mine it's been longer then 30 days?

Just awful! It’s now been two months, three boxes and I still haven’t actually received anything. Over $100 gone! No follow through on my repeated complaints and inquiries and charging me for the next box even after I asked to cancel my subscription. Do not sign up! I would give -1 if I could.

I was upset when I opened my box and found the eye shadow pallet was broken and missing a shadow. Overall never nice. I was looking forward to my box and when I opened the shadow and found it broken it upset me.

On first glance after opening my box, it seems pretty unassuming- not in a negative way of course. Just simple packaging for the products, no need for all the pizzazz. The lip crayon glided on smoothly, but did start to feather after about an hours wear. The brush is super cute and seems to be of good quality bristles. The mascara works well. No clumping!

Love getting it in the mail. It's like a mommy reward or xmas. Well worth the money. Just think how much money u throw away every month at least u get something good and useful getting this.

At first I was weary bc I couldn't get a response or even my box and info! I haven't received my first box...so, once I receive my box I'll leave another review, determining if it was worth the hassle or not! They're definitely NOT good at responding to emails in a timely manner, I DO know that my check! Also, for over a week I didn't even know if I was an active member or not bc they wouldn't respond to my first email. They pick and choose which ones to respond to and when!

just received my makeup and the colors were gorgeous...thanks for nice product at a great price that comes to my door!
