I was disappointed that I was forced to stay a month after the 1st box. Not fair! It wasn't explained in big lettering at the start. The products were ok, not worth the money in my opnion.

I love focallure!! they have amazing prices/products... your first box is free... you just pay 6.95 for shipping!! their eyeshadow pallets are amazing!! I love shopping on focallure... I cant wait to get my box this month!!

I ORDERED MY BABE BOX TWO MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT. IVE MESSAGED THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID TO GIVE THEM A FEW MORE DAYS TO GET IT SHIPPED OUT..AND THEY SAID THIS ON TWO SEPERATE OCCASIONS IN TWO SEPERATE EMAILS AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED WHAT I PAID FOR. THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR TWO MONTHS NOW AND I NEVER RECIEVED A THING, I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE MY FREE BOX THAT I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THINKING I WOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTERWARDS UNLESS I REALLY LIKED THE PRODUCTS THEN I WOULD CONTINUE. BUT I WAS NOTHIVEN A CHOICE, ONCE I SIGNED UP I WAS FOR ED TO PAY $30. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THIS COMPANT MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MULTIPLE REASONS BUT MAINLY ASKING WHERE MY BABE BOX IS AND TO CANCEL ALL TOGETHER AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE FIRST MONTHLY PAYMENT GOES THROUGH, THEN TO MESSAGE THEM AGAIN AND REQUEST TO CANCEL. THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN AND IKIST FEEL LIKE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS IVE BEEN BLATANTLY LIED TO OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A HUGE SCAM AND IM GOJNG TO HAVE TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD. DONT TRUST THIS “FOCALLURE” COMPANY.

I've paid for two products and haven't recieved either and the first product is only being shipped now a month after the purchase was made. Hopefully products make up for this.

I ordered my first box, March 3rd. It is April 3rd and I still have no recieved my first box and I got charged for my 2nd box. The ready to ship states 2-7 business days. This is absolutely appalling and ridiculous. I've gotten crappy automated responses, when I have emailed asking about my order. And not being able to cancel, until you get charged for another box is ridiculous. Just all around poor customer service and everything else. I can't rate the boxes, because I HAVEN'T GOTTEN ONE....

I have emailed this company numerous times to give me my money back because I have never received my first box, and they are continuing to charge me. Everytime I email them about money or canceling they do not respond. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM
