Ok I sent 7 emails to cancel my Subscription.There have been no answer back to my request.i got my first box and it looked like it came from Dollar Tree.I will be going to my bank and cancelling any future payments.This was the biggest mistake I ever made.

They told me for 2 weeks now my box would be shipped it finally shipped. I cancelled my subscription because I was fed up on waiting and still got charged. After I find out how to take my card off I will not do this one again

Shipping took for ever I started with the “free box” I paid last month for and just got shipped out . I don’t like you can’t see options what’s in it for 29$ a month I like a little hint .

This company is horrible!!! They barley respond to you. When they do it’s lies! I signed up a month ago never received my box! Asked to cancel my account.. they never canceled it. I have now been charged for a second box never received the first! So to be clear they keep on charging you and you never get any products! All you get is an email 10 days after you send it asking you to be patient

This company is absolutely horrible, I have yet to even get one box and I emailed support to cancel after almost a week I got a response back telling me no they would not cancel my account and now I've been charged for a second box. I do not recommend buying anything from them

If I could give it no stars I would. Never received my first supposedly free box, instead they waited for this month and were quick to charge me. Horrible subscription will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Have also contacted customer service and they refused to cancel my subscription have sent many emails no response

Bought Focallure from a Instagram ad I saw and it took them a month and me reaching out to see where my Babebox was for it to be shipped. I have not recieved the box yet but it is on its way and am excited to try it out!
