ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
Absolutely terrible, don't fall for this like I did! I recently got the BabeBox... DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SUBSCRIPTION!! $29.99 a month, full size products.. sounds great, expensive but possibly worth it right??.. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I got a unicorn little stubby brush and I seen the EXACT same one at Dollar Tree 2 days later for $1 🤦♀️ there is no where to cancel on their website. No phone number. Email only. I got the 1st month for "free" paid shipping and handeling. Thought cool try it and if I don't like it then I will cancel. NOPE. I emailed to cancel and they reply saying I have to purchase a month fulk full price before I can cancel! Wait what?! This was not made apparent at all. They emailed right back and told me I couldn't cancel..So I waited and they took payment on the 1st, $29.99. Still haven't recieved the box AND I have emailed 5x times now requesting to cancel this damn subscription and haven't heard a single word back. Of course they wont email back now that I CAN CANCEL!! What a joke. I'm so beyond mad and disappointed. The last couple emails i sent where very rude and they got a piece of my mind on their rediculous excuse of a company!! Such a scam. How can you get over on people like that and call yourself a business?? So yeah PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS!! LOL Customer service is non existent. If you go on their Facebook page you can see that on every post there are multiple comments but none show up because they "hide" them from the public eye.. because they are bad reviews and upset customers I'm sure of it. If it happens to show one of the 10 comments it is only one that is "happy". I cannot stress enough to stay far away from this company!! I feel so scammed it's unreal!!
