Focallure customer service is a bit slow but they do eventually attend to you. They customer service is good. They are very helpful. I am awaiting my babebox still and I am excited to see whats inside.

I just ordered a week ago not sure yet Still waiting for my box to ship.

I like how the first box is free, and it is full size products. The only thing that sucks is i live so far away and it takes almost a whole month to get to me.

Just got box Lippie stay on u have to use stuff they send to get it off! Waiting to get 2 nd box it’s been 13 days since pmt but no box 🙃

It took a couple of minutes to sign up and seconds for money to be taken from my account 3 days to get an email back from customer support and 10 days after order was placed it is still only being prossesed.

I am giving 3🌟to Focallure for now because I have not received my first Babebox yet so it is hard for me to have an opinion about the products. I like the fact that animals are not used to test them though. The only thing that got me worried at the beginning is that it took a long time for me to get the email confirming that my package was sent out to me. I started thinking that I was never going to get my Babebox nor my money. The email restored my faith. My review should change for the better once I get my Babebox!
