They have horrible customer service it takes u to be cold and angry to get a truthful answer. I have yet to receive a product even after I was told that it was shipping that day or the next

I was truly let down on my first shipment of babebox . I saw a beautiful advertise shipment and got nothing similar. I don't think I will continue my shipments

I ordered the first box, paid $10.00. Received the box and it was horrible. The nail polish was missing the label and wouldn’t work as if it was used. I immediately emailed to cancel as I didn’t want to be part of a subscriber. They sent a couple of emails saying I would hear back from someone in a couple of days and then nothing. I sent several emails to cancel then bam, 3 days later of getting the first box, they charged me almost $40 for the subscription which by the way I sent an email not wanting it and to cancel. So then I email wanting a refund and to ensure it was cancelled. The first guys sent me a document to fill out to cancel so I did immediately. Then a few says past and still no response so I emailed again. Now speaking to someone different, she is telling me that I have to pay for a second box even though I cancelled and haven’t even received any other boxes and she proceeded to tell me that there was a delay in the second box. I informed her no, absolutely not to cancel. She then stated that there was a refund policy for online store credit only. I ensure u, I DO NOT want a store credit and no where on there website does it say that. Then she stated that someone will contact me soon and sent me another document to cancel my subscription. This is by far the worst service I have ever had to deal with and also not to mention no phone number to reach out to. I promise this will not end nicely and I have already spoke to several other people that this is happening to.

I was excited about getting my box but once I get I sure wasn’t so excited anymore. While all the items are full size, they are all cheap Chinese type of products. Not one name brand item. A few of the items even had instructions in Chinese. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m canceling and passing. Not worth it!

I saw the Facebook promo for the Focallure Babebox, seeing the shipping was only $7 I figured totally worth a shot this company has beautiful lipsticks and pallets I'll definitely give their new service a try! I was really hoping for a pallet or a lipstick, it seems to be what you guys showcase the most. I received one of your cheapest products and was disappointed as it's not even a color I would wear often. The eyeshadow glitter stick glides on smooth but it's not the beautiful pallet or amazing longwear lipstick I was anticipating. Seeing the normal price of $30 for the box I was glad I only paid shipping as the contents are lack lustre, one use face mask, blackhead strip, a lip liner..... And a contour brush. I'm not even sure the brand of the brush as it's not on it and there was no included information on the products in the Babebox. The promise of fullsize items for a $30 pricetag you'd expect a lot more. For $7 this is a great box, for $30 I would be demanding a refund. The liner seems nice, it would have been nice to pair it with a lip. Currently giving the blackhead pignose strips a go. They're also available on Focallure for about $5 I think, the glitter stick is also $4.49. the mask was about $1.28 on another website. I think for a new box the free promotion is a good way to get the name out, you seem to have fantastic products so give us some of those so we can really show it off when we take a chance on your new service!

I never even received my starter box! All they said was for me to find it or file a police report and then submit that to them, and then babe box would do something. email correspondence has been extremely rude. I've submitted two forms to cancel my subscription, they won't. I've sent requests 6 times by email to cancel, nothing but one reply saying we'll look into it. For weeks I've tried to receive my missing box and cancel. Babe box has not helped me whatsoever

It was cute. I got a sheet face mask, a 3 step blackhead mask, a lip liner, and an eyeliner. The eye liner was a very pretty color and was thick so I could use it as an eyeshadow too. The lip liner was a nice red but it felt a bit cheaply made. It was a twist liner and every time I twisted it the whole liner would pop out. So I feel like it will probably all come out if I’m not careful. Overall it’s okay.

I liked the colour online, not so much when it got here. It was very chalky and far too bright for any occasion. However the quality was amazing, I had a hard time getting it all off my lips! This lipstick is great for someone who actually uses makeup a lot but not for a mommy on the go who just wants a little nude lip before she runs out the door.
