A couple products came with no label, tag or instructions of any sort. A lip gloss (I think it is) has an extremely strange taste to it, very chemical like. I'm hoping the next box is not a disappointment otherwise I will be cancelling. I also didn't appreciate the charges coming in back to back for a shipment that has yet to be processed, and I was charged for less than a week after the initial box.

So far i love everything about this. I just got confirmation that my box has been shipped. I haven't received my box yet and there for i cant give my honest and full opinion but with customer service and keeping me posted in a timely manner. Just thankful. Cant. Wait to get my box

I just ordered for the first time. I can not wait to receive my box !!

My first order was a success. I signed up for the monthly, reoccurring subscription on June 14th & received my 1st box by June 21st. I was very satisfied with the items I received; the "Eyeshadow Palette" was my favorite item. However, my second order has not been so successful. I was charged on July 2nd for my monthly, reoccurring subscription and as of July 20th I have yet to receive my order. Each email I have received, upon payment being made, states that orders will ship within 2-7 business days; this has not been the case for my 2nd order. I reached out to customer service who immediately replied and explained the reason for the delay. Overall I happy with my subscription and will remain a loyal customer!

The customer service is good and quick. There was one product that was expired and did not work at all. I thought the products would be more familiar, companies they seem to be a lot of Chinese.
