Finally arrived
Finally, the refrigerator arrived, but the shop’s delivery process proved to be a significant inconvenience. Despite purchasing from them, I was informed that the expected delivery date was August 10th, but the actual delivery date was delayed by five days, resulting in a total delay of a week. Furthermore, I was only informed about the delivery two days prior to the scheduled date, leaving me with limited time to adjust my plans for four hours on Saturday morning. The company’s communication regarding the delivery was inadequate, as they repeatedly asked the same questions without providing any concrete information about the delivery date. Additionally, I paid for the removal of my old refrigerator, but the company failed to inform me that they would leave me with the large cardboard box (which was larger than the refrigerator) and claimed that this was not their responsibility. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this company. They utilize a contractor, and when contacted regarding the delivery, they said it had not arrived at the main warehouse and could not secure any delivery date, and they could not provide me with any specific information about the expected arrival time.
