Shop AppliancesReviews of shopappliances.com

The prices were good and Ralph the sales representative was great to work with. Ordered 6 appliances. 1 came damaged beyond repair but didn’t notice it until the delivery people were gone. It did take 3 weeks to come to the conclusion that it could not be repaired so I got refunded for it. Overall I had a decent experience with this company and would buy from them again.

We had an issue with our delivery. Although we searched for a full sized washer and dryer, we ended up with a compact size in the order. When we made them aware, the fix was to just leave the washer and dryer on the truck and take delivery of the kitchen appliances; a microwave, dishwasher and stove. We followed their instructions and a few days later got an email making us aware for the very first time of a $140 restocking fee and a $350 shipping fee to return the washer and dryer. Customer service reached out with a resolution to make sure we were happy with our delivery and for doing business with ShopAppliances.com - we have since referred others to the website for easy purchase and delivery.

Had some issues with an order but Bill in the customer service department was very helpful in getting the issue resolved.

Salesman was very good delivery was very unprofessional And then there was minor dents in the dryer the delivery men didn't give me chance to write anything on the delivery paper work. Shop appliances was supposed to refund 170.00 for damage and return pickup fee because I already had the old washer and dryer removed. So very disappointed in the whole deal a lesson learned

Update 8/17/26: AM Delivery came back today with their "A Team" to correct the first installers mistakes. I was very happy with Shop Appliance customer service, specifically Brisilda, who was wonderful to work with resolving these install issues. Changing my rating to 4 stars. While the amount communication from Shop Appliances was adequate, important details were missing. All the emails were focused on delivery date; nothing was communicated that the install would occur the same day. Caught off guard at delivery. Although we paid for installation, the installers refused to remove our existing wall oven. What? After several calls to their manager, they agreed to proceed. The install just got worse, they left a 2-inch gap at the top of the wall oven and would not install the trim piece to close off the gap. Then they failed to install the lower glide rack before leaving. Not a biggie, but after watching numerous videos we can't get it inserted. Thinking it must have been another installer debacle - hence the reason they gave up and left the rack on the counter. Truely hope Shop Appliance will stand behind their poor installation execution and make it right.

Delivery service is top notch and very efficient. The ordering process was easy and efficient and the price was extraordinary compared to Lowe's and Home Depot. The customer service was iffy due to not being able to talk directly to a route manager and them not relaying my messages to the appropriate people. After 3 weeks of trying to get the fridge delivered, they finally told me that they only deliver on Fridays, which wasn't stated to me prior. We ended up working together and getting it figured out but the customer service definitely could've been better with trying to find a better solution for delivery dates and times.

Update - The owner/management of Shop Appliances called me directly and "took very seriously" the issues I had dealt with over the past month. I really appreciated that he personally reached out to me not only to listen but also to help me complete the transaction with his guidance and support. I think what happened to me was enlightening to management, and I truly believe things will now change for the better. I changed my rating to 4 stars (instead of 1 star) with the trust that going forward, changes will be made to the way orders are handled and shipped. The installation went seamlessly - guided, I'm sure, with Shop Appliances management help and support to make AM Trucking Company do what they promise. I ordered a washer and dryer on June 3rd.. As of today, July 7th, I have not received my order. "Bill" said that he would be "in charge" of my order - that is where it started. Bill had absolutely NO FOLLOW-through, and he is a manager here. The order arrived to AM trucking and was incomplete. I asked them to not deliver until the order was complete - they scheduled a delivery driver anyway. I sent them back. The missing part arrived - damaged. So far I have received two more of the missing part but never the washer and dryer they have never arrived. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They use a RIDICULOUS delivery company (AM Trucking) that has no idea what they are doing. Save yourself the STRESS of dealing with either of these companies. I wish I NEVER PLACED AN ORDER with this company it has been a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE that isn't over yet. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and my Credit Card Company, NO one at this company cares about the customer.

Although it took longer than expected, the customer service was great! They changed my time window for me to compensate my work hours and the delivery guys are engineering geniuses! They took the time to figure out how to exchange the old gas line to the new oven without me having to purchase an extra part. They were awesome!
