Great communication .
Great communication .. even during a snow storm!! They are timely with returning emails and keeping us in loop on timing of shipping, delivery dates and responding to questions. It was a pleasure to have a company that actually cares for their customers!

Order a kitchen package to be delivered…
Order a kitchen package to be delivered to Las Vegas but it was delayed due to snow storm. Since it would not arrive in time I needed to cancel and they provided me with a full refund.

My experience with Shop Appliances was amazing. I ordered a ventless laundry pair. Got it delivered and installed in 3 days. They made a time work for me during my busy work day. Customer service was amazing. I was informed throughout the process. Appliance shopping has never been easier. My name is Maxwell and I’m swell with this experience. (Experience so good it got me writing a poem).

Shop appliances has great customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong fuel type range and they responded to my ticket within 30 min and happily changed my order before it shipped to exactly what I needed. Very appreciative! Can’t wait for my new range!
