This is the worst appliance purchase experience I have ever had. I ordered several appliances from ShopAppliances.com. They took my order and my money without any verification that the appliances were available or when they would be delivered. After a few months, I was notified by their contracted delivery company that the range would be delivered less than 24 hours before the delivery. When that didn't work for me it was delayed a week. It then arrived damaged and had to be taken back. I was under the impression they would ship me another one, but instead they canceled the order with no notice. I was able to order a replacement from Lowe's, which went off without a hitch and arrived within 2 weeks with plenty of notice. I tried to cancel the rest of my order, but was assured the appliances had shipped from the manufacturer and would be delivered soon, and was offered a discount to keep the order. Several weeks went by before the order was actually received by the delivery company. I was alerted this Monday that it had been received at the distribution center and called to try to find out when it would be delivered. I was told "Thursday or Friday" so I planned to work from home those days. Thursday arrived with no notification of delivery date or time. It is 3pm on Thursday and I have tried to get confirmation all day with no progress. They said they work weekends, but I have weekend plans and don't want to cancel them because this delivery company can't produce a delivery schedule more than 12 hours out. Do not order from ShopAppliances.com until they stop using AM Home Delivery, and beware they will take your money without any clear indication of when an appliance might be delivered.

Flawless from start to Finish. The salesperson, Ralph, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the models that work best for my needs and budget. We just took delivery after waiting anxiously for two weeks for the items to come in and the delivery guys were extremely efficient.

I purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator from shop appliances. The process and delivery was easy enough. The refrigerator was installed. It was a garage refrigerator. The model is specific for garages. We loaded it up with meat and food at as it is our storage refrigerator. One week later we find neither the freezer nor the refrigerator compartment works. As you can imagine in today’s economic environment we lost over $600 worth of meat in the freezer. I contacted Shop appliance and they told me to contact Frigidare. There’s no recourse through this company for a brand new refrigerator that does not work. Frigidaire has also said they will not cover the loss of food and will attempt to repair this refrigerator. Once again I spent 1000 some odd dollars on this refrigerator brand new and it does not work. The level of my disappointment and frustration cannot be expressed.

the worst company on the planet. dont be tempted by their price. they will find a way to screw you.
