Anna assisted me with my order and was very informative regarding the lead time, expediting my order, etc. I felt very comfortable dealing with her.

Had a minor issue with the jumpseay not going back far enough for the gear shift. Customer service had a jump seat sllide adaptor mailed out next day, no charge. Customer service doesn't get better than this.

I worked with Clara at Shop4Seats. She was informative and very helpful. She worked with my schedule and supplied me with the information that I needed to put my order together. She was very knowledgeable about the company, its policies and its products. She was able to answer all my questions. I am so looking forward to the delivery of my order.

My new captains chairs came early. They look and feel very comfy. However there was no instruction at all. I ordered the drivers seat with the better padding. Honestly I could tell them apart. I didn't realize it but my old pedestals wobble. So I called today to place an order. Clara was very helpful. I could tell right off that she knows the products you sell. She described everything to me and answered all my questions. I was very happy with the whole process, mainly Clara's professionalism. I ordered two pedestals and two new seat belts. Accepted order, then said they didn't have stock of the belts colour I ordered so changed to another colour, then said they didn't have that colour in stock either but had the original I wanted, then a week later said they still didn't have that colour. Then when we finally sorted it out they insisted I hadn't paid even though my bank showed they had been paid 3 weeks earlier. So now I have paid twice and still don't have my order.
