I purchased 7 Seatcraft Grenada movie theater seats. Everything came in perfect condition, I paid extra for white glove service. I had one small issue which was I was missing one cup holder insert. I called and spoke to Fernando Reyes and he was so great and apologetic. Fernando is the epitome of what a customer service person should be. Thank you Fernando!

Purchased Seatcraft Serenity Brown Leather 7000 Power Straight Row of 4 With Center Love Seat with white glove delivery. Product was excellent. On time delivery and set up. Had an issue with one of the trays. Called and customer service took care of it in one call.
