Ordered a seat base, received the wrong one (could have been my fault, not sure), and customer service person Fernando Reyes very quickly arranged to ship me the right part and pick up the unneeded one.

Great company to work with. Top Notch products and terrific service with Clara guiding me through the custom order process. She helped me to maximizing my choice and style of new RV interior furniture. Having toured the facility, It was a pleasure to see such an efficient organization and product line. I would recommend them to my friends for RV and don't forget the home theater line is fantastic.

Clara was awesome and very patient to answer all our questions and modify our order several times! Great customer service. Thank you Clara!

After spending $1600 on the all american set, and waiting 4 months for delivery, the mounting frame didnt even fit. Then after re-engineering the mounting frame, the center console was so far foward, there wasn't enough room to shift the truck into 2nd, 4th, or 6th gear. I called to return everything but was only reminded of the 60% restocking fee. After that at my demand, they sent a slide track so the console would be adjustable. After I installed the slide track, I went to get into the truck to test the shifter and the plastic on the console cracked and broke when I leaned on it. Keep in mind I'm 195 lbs 5'9", and physically fit. Then, when I went to put my head back on the rest I noticed the rest was way to far back amd at the wrong angle so when you try to put your head back you look up at the ceiling. This company is a bunch of scamming shisters, I highly recommend looking somwhere else or the dealership.

Fantastic experience.. Order was ordered and delivered to my house in less than two weeks. Once seats arrived, I was missing a cupholder insert and there was a small smudge at the rear of one of the seat arms. I called customer service and they are sending the replacement cupholder insert and a leather cleaning kit for free. Fernando Reyes was fantastic and he was a great help in assisting myself. Can't ask for anything more

Clara was awesome to work with and take my order. Previously worked with Ben and he too was very helpful as well.

Clara was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to order new seats for my truck, (American Classic Low Back 40-20-40 in 2 tone Leather). $1,400 is a lot of money to plunk down on a phone sale, but Clara was intelligent and well informed on the products you sell, which made me feel comfortable doing business with your company. Also, she was very friendly and personable. She deserves a promotion or at least a healthy Christmas bonus!

Clara, was awesome lady to talk to!!! Super helpful and nice!!! Keep up the good work Clara!!!
