Received my new C5 captain high back seat today and am 100% satisfied with it the quality seems to be very good .Nice to buy American made products. Was told it would have one arm rest installed and the oter shipped with it and that's how it came however I did not know how to put the other on so I called shop 4 seats and spoke with Richard who not only told me how to do it but sent to my e mail a link to go to and watch a video aboyt how to do it .Thank you Richard turns out after watching this video I had no problem installing the arm rest.Love this seat.

I don't have the sofa or cushions yet....but what a great company as far as customer service goes. I called to check on my order as they had said it should be ready to ship approximately March 23rd. Well, since I'm an instant gratification guy, I called on March 23rd. I told John I just wanted to check on my order and without asking my name, the order number, my phone number or anything, he pulled up the order (from my cell number, I guess) and told me it should be ready to ship by the 27th. He was pleasant, professional and answered all my questions. I hope to write another review once I get my new toys. Thanks folks. Good job!

The product is outstanding. My salesman Andrew was very helpful. One of my chairs came in wrong, and it was frustrating. Then Fernando and Clara teamed up and customer service got real! Special Kudo's to Clara for showing me that great customer service was as important as great product!
