Shop4Seats needs to find a better shipping line
Your customer service agent, John, was extremely helpful in coordinating the schedule for my delivery. Other companies would do well to have such a capable representative dealing with customers. Update: 04/30/18 Although these people are very nice on the phone, my order has been lost in shipping. If they can't find it then it will be another 4 or more weeks - it has already been 7 weeks - not so happy camper.

I am in the middle of a real run around…
I am in the middle of a real run around with these guys. I was quoted 1 production time, confirmed a longer production time after they took my FULL payment and now are saying the order is running behind even that. Now they just want to argue about it instead of finding a solution. Not happy at all with their attitude. Their site is covered with customer satisfaction guarantees but it does not exist.
