Very disappointed with the lack of technical support from this company! I received my seats for my truck however the instructions were hand written with diagrams that one would assume were drawn by a 4th grader and extremely vague. Once I understood how to assemble and install in short order it was clear the seat frame was too short for the brackets which were already installed correctly into the original truck mounts and here is where the fun began....no one was able to offer technical support and I was assured someone would return my call.....fast forward after several hours no one called so I called repeatedly over a span of several hours and each time I was placed on hold and no one answered the phone. I will not recommend this company to anyone AND I DON'T BELIEVE ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ......beware!

We received our RV Double Recliner a couple of weeks ago and just installed it yesterday in the camper! Wow! it is beautiful and we are very pleased with the quality. When we unpacked it we were missing the small table that fits into the arm of the chair. I called and RICHARD was very helpful and said that it would be sent Fed-Ex today. I am very pleased with the service and prompt solution to the shortage. Thanks again, RICHARD, for your help. Have a great day! Jerry Haidle

They've done everything they said they would, quality is very good.

The rv furniture was a very nice quality. The service was excellent. We had a problem with one of our captain chairs and John Jasso handled swiftly and professionally.

Angela was extremely helpful by proactively contacting me weekly via email to update me on the status and progress of my custom order.

Clara Hinojosa was extremely helpful, I have yet to receive the items I ordered but at this time I am extremely happy with the process and the selection that they provided.

Richard was extremely helpful and polite and was able to answer my question.
