Decided I needed a travel cpap to make a last minute international travel, because I had to carry everything up and down hills and cobblestone streets and with the most minimum weight I needed my machine to be the lightest it could be. Excellent service, new product in box, great advice and will continue to pay cash to buy through them since I already use insurance for my normal cpap. (Do not go through a Cpap company that isn’t reliable, I got a cpap that was supposed to be new in box but it turned out it was used lightly but smelled or let’s say disgustingly smelled of cigarette smoke. Returned thankfully)

My Dr. forgot to say "length of need". It took many unnecessary days to resolve this issue and I had to go to the back of the queue for a re-review. It was very stressful because I was leaving the country.
