I live by Resmed products
I live by Resmed products. I have been given some Chinese made CPAP machines from my provider with horrible results. So O obtained my Rx and went to the best CPAP maker. Thanks Resmed

Easy to work with
Easy to work with. Was told a send date of Friday and didnt ship until Monday. Also unable to ship to me direct, to TN, so went to my parents first. But love the equip.

Good proactive customer service
Ty did a great job addressing my concerns about the machine pressure and facilitated shipping for correction. Even though I was frustrated, he continued to follow up on my issue, answer my email quickly, and keep me informed about the process.

Excellent customer service!
Your customer service team was very helpful in dealing with some of my particular needs. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to connect with a real person at every step! It was like calling someone's home :) Oh, and I'm very happy with the product :)

User-friendly and fast!
My regular provider told me there was a back order on AirMinis of 8 weeks. Called the ResMed toll free number and spoke with a helpful representative who directed me to the ResMed website, which was very user-friendly, well organized, and informative. I had my equipment in a couple of days.
