I get the products needed at the right time! Billings and statements are a bit difficult due to not having statements describing what was provided available (for insurance and FSA purposes) at time of billing. Have to wait until later typically to be able to find those. It would be nice to have a printed statement included in the packaging if that is possible.

Love those O.
Custo er service was very helpful w my return when I realized I double ordered an item. Also, the YouTube video w their hints GREATLY eased my mind when transitioning from a full face mask to nasal pillows. It was challenging...but i stuck it out. Good support

Ordering was easy except for the confusion about needing the perscription for ordering supplies. I had some issues trying to upload a digital copy of the perscription but after sending a message the tech team found the problem and fixed it. The order went through quickly and I recieved my supplies prior to my trip so bravo on the follow through.

I will give 4 stars because ResMed makes great products, but I am a little let down by their store. The store itself is nice in ways, but I have a few issues. Issue #1: I ordered an AirMini N20 Setup Pack a few weeks ago but now I cannot order anything from the site. I get the error, "ResMed Shop is not yet licensed to ship medical devices to your area. To check another zip code, click here or find a retailer near you who can ship to your area" Issue #2: Why on earth does it only let you order AirMini products? Issue #3: The checkout itself is very "Shopify" feeling. That's not a big deal, but it feels kind of cheaply done. Fix at least the first 2 issues and I'd definitely upgrade to 5 stars.

The person with whom I dealt was great, even when we had to get a revised prescription which included the length of time I would need a CPAP. And in spite of this delay, they got the Mini sent out in plenty of time for my vacation. Now if someone could just explain to the regular CPAP people why I’m not currently using my regular CPAP. Of course I’ll go back to it when I return from Canada.

I received my machine fast once I got the RX to them. Service can be improved by calling the doctor to get the RX.
