The online website made ordering so very easy. I could find exactly what I wanted and what I needed. There were many options available. When I had a question, the representative answered almost immediately and was very good about answering my questions. ResMed is really great to work with.

I was confused by the ordering process. The first time I ordered, I wasn't aware that a prescription was required until several days later I received an email asking for it. That order timed out because my provider required an appointment before renewing my prescription. The second time, I placed the order but there wasn't anywhere to upload the prescription so I contacted customer service only to find that another email had been sent asking for the prescription. This process was confusing to me.

Realized I needed a new prescription so they reached out to my physician early in my ordering process so that the equipment I needed was available for me promptly! Thx
