Delays in data analysis
For the past week or so I have not been getting the daily results of my nightly therapy. The myAir app says the data has been collected and is delayed a few days but this has continued too long. I also get email telling me that I have not used my machine. If you are getting the data then you should know I am using the machine and quit sending me these emails.

Great product and service
Quick and easy online ordering and fast delivery. There was a defect in the product's carrying case, and ResMed sent a replacement immediately.
