I bought this item for traveling and camping. It is the perfect size. The only issue is it is beyond loud when you exhale.

It took 3 months, and multiple documents to merely get filters for my CPAP machine. In spite of my sleep report, an order for a CPAP and the dr recommendations from my sleep report, they were looking for some specific wording that they didn't see. In the end, they approved it without further documents. I could understand some more rigor for a machine, but all I wanted were filters for my travel CPAP. Once approved after 3 months, they said they were backordred....but then they arrived within a week. They were good at communicating that they needed more documentation, and following up.
