Sean & Ty were so helpful and patient with my husband and I as we are new to this type of diagnosis and use of a machine. Sean was our first contact and was able to get a machine to us in a timely manners. The doctor who ordered our regular size was given a 4-6 months. So we researched and found you have the travel version, both Sean & Ty held our hands over the phone and made us feel better about the whole situation. The process was very efficient and communication was great.

I received the Mini two weeks and I used it the next night. It gave me a fairly good sleep except that when the machine ramped up to 20 (the maximum set by my pulmonologist) the pressure caused me to burp air. I postponed using it again until we connected today with my daughter and 16-year-old grandson at the Florida condo and he, with his superior knowledge of cybernetics, helped me to tie the Mini to my I-phone using the AP. I will use the Mini tonight, after receiving instructions from the grandson. We did a trial run this morning.

I listed the provider that has my prescription and I assumed CS would follow up with my doctor, but that didn’t happen. Not customer friendly.

Very frustrating experience. I will work with the local Norco office in the future.

I had to buy your product due to Philips CPAP recall. You do not offer the mask that places the hose at the top of the head. This is the option I prefer. The mask (pillow) is ill fitting and uncomfortable

I received my mask which is fine but the hose I received does not have the fittings on the end for my machine. Plus the hose seems smaller and the quality of the hose is not as good as I’ve received in the past! I don’t think I received the right hose! Nelda Colvin
