Good customer service

Bought an Airmini yesterday and completed the order. You folks were going to cal my Dr. for a script. $999.00 was taken out of my bank today. Today get this e-mail the the order was NOT complete!!!!! And did not go thru! When I call CS I get recording telling me to e-mail them & with 2days they will reply!!!!!! ANCEL ALL OF IT AND I AM PUTTING A STOP PAY ON MY $999.00 Never again will I ever deal with you!!!!

Very good interaction with Tammy when I first called and then ordered my Air Mini. She was very pleasant and helpful during the entire process. I also appreciated the timely email communication during the process of obtaining the prescription from my PCP, processing the order, and having the order filled. I am very satisfied with my Air Mini although I do find it a little too noisy compared to my Dream Machine to use it as my primary machine. I do travel a lot and will use the Air Mini for that but I like having the Air Mini as a backup primary machine.

I love the travel resmed machine and the customer service was excellent. The only complaint I have is the sound of the air flow but I got ear plugs and it helped.

I can only say that I am pleased with my purchase so far. I have used the AirMini only a few times to test and set up the operating system etc. It was easy to get the app, no problems. The noise level is a little bit louder than my Airsense 10, and maybe annoying to some but it is so much easier to take the noise than to lug extra bags and weight around an airport etc. It fits in my personal bag. I'm 80+ and travel for pleasure, now it will be a"real" pleasure. The ResMed Shop team from the sales person and ordering persn to the customer relations were knowledgeable and helpful during every aspect of the purchase.

Fast and efficient service. They contacted the doctors office to clarify the prescription and once it was clear, my product way here in two days.
