I had zero problems with working with ResMed Shop. I chose to not use the free 2-3 day shipping because I would not be home. When a customer service agent contacted me, I mentioned that and that I would be home Monday. My AirMini arrived on Monday. I couldn't be happier.

Quick, no fuss and great products!

I purchased the AirMini for an upcoming trip. It works great. The sales staff was super friend, efficient, and helpful. I've been using the AirMini in place of my regular unit to get used to it, and I found I actually prefer it. I haven't tried it yet in a super low humidity environment, but I did get the extra humidity cartridges for it. It does have a different sound, almost like it's breathing with you, so I had to get used to that. Otherwise, it's great. I also bought the battery for the other devices which isn't approved yet for this one, but that also works fine. I'm just excited to not have to lug around that huge case of my full size ResMed any longer. This is super small and fits nicely in a carryon.
