Tammy was so helpful with all my questions. They shipped quickly so that we would be able to use it for a 3-week trip that was starting in a week. Sadly, I could not use the machine, so I returned it immediately. Their return policy is unmatched by any other vender that I found. Others offered store credit if the machine is returned, which would be useless to me since I get all my C-PAP products paid for by Medicare. Thank you for letting me try this machine out.

Pretty rough process to get a travel CPAP. ResMed team sold me the device, I had the device paid for using my flexible spending account (FSA), and didn't receive the device until 2 months later. ResMed had a lot of requirements to get the travel CPAP but did not provide any assistance in actually executing those requirements. I have a regular CPAP and travel CPAP now from ResMed and am probably done with this company. I'd rather get a surgical procedure to stop my snoring in the future then work through this companies processes again. If it's not ResMed requirements, then the company needs to lobby politicians to change the requirements, they aren't doing "enough". Company chewed up 10 hours of my life in the last 2 months.
