Overpriced items and they won’t stand behind them! 2 months is all it took for their iron on decal to fall off of the backpack! Called to complain since I paid over $80 for this backpack only to get the reply that they’re sorry, it’s out of the 30 day return window! I don’t want a return because I don’t want the item! I want a replacement of the defective item but no such luck! Ridiculous!

Horrible company. Ordered a birthday present Jersey. 3-5 day shipping. On day 4 they still had not processed the order. Ordered on Sept 16th and now expected by Oct 1st. Needed it by the 22nd. 3-5 days it should have been processed and shipped immediately, and it would have arrived on time. Nothing they could do about it. Why take 4 days to process order????

I called over 3 times with different agents telling me different things regarding my order. It was already on its way, only that it was returned to sender because of an incorrect shipping address. IT WAS CORRECT, but someone messed up and they never bothered to contact me about the mix up, so it was never delivered. I was on the phone and they told me it was sold out, they cannot do replacements, that they would refund me and they still hadn’t. Called again today and now they’re claiming they DO REPLACEMENTS and that it IS IN STOCK, when they first told me it wasn’t. But now I don’t even have a way to track my package because the tracking number is a duplicate. If I don’t get that package, I don’t know what I’m going to do. They can’t do anything right and I don’t trust that they would even get my money back. Biggest waste of time and frustration. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Better to get a crappy Amazon one anyway -.- useless and crappy customer service. GET RID OF YOUR DUMB AUTOMATED SERVICES TOO. We want to speak to a real agent and that auto bot NEVER HELPS. Useless everything. Thanks a lot NHL shop, you’re terrible.

Garbage company and customer service. Buy your nhl products elsewhere.

Difficult to contact a real person to help. No email option. Online bot is useless. One of the offered phone numbers is pointless. Over a month late on my delivery and in fact never delivered. Turns out it was apparently lost but of course I only found out after eventually getting through. Waiting for my money back. Oh but they said sorry so that makes it ok that their communication and service is absolutely trash. Borderline scam website in my opinion.

Ordered my first jersey and hat from the website. Paid the extra shipping fee for it to arrive on time for an Oilers Stanley Cup final game I’m going to.They sent out my order but not expedited shipping! Sadly won’t get my jersey until after the game. Very disappointed. Will never shop there again.

Had to edit review. 1st time was easy but now the last 2 times have been horrible. There customer service lies and reads off a auto answer sheet. Stay away

Ordered adidas canucks/quinn hughes jersey. They sent me old stock, no "c". Now I have to send this back, there's no stock left, and I'm done buying nhl jerseys for 10 years because no fanatics crap will be in my collection, regardless of the fact that they're rumored to be using the same manufacturing as current adidas jerseys for a while. They sent me a return label and a 30% off coupon that isn't good for much because they have no stock. Never again. Great "fanatics experience", I should have known better.
