MISSING ORDER THAT GOT STOLEN

Great Customer Service
One of the best customer service experiences. I went in with a positive attitude but still I thought I might have a hard time getting my situation resolved. it was the contrary. Things were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction without any pushback.

Cristin helped out for a refund for an item that wasn’t my first choice. I found out later that my first choice was listed again on the site. So I quickly snagged it since it was the last one left.

Fan Advocate Cristin’s Quick Fix
Ordered two game used warm-up pucks but received pucks from a different game. Fan Advocate Cristin sent out the correct pucks immediately and followed up until I received them. She also facilitated the return of the other pucks. She did it all quickly, efficiently and maintained excellent communication. Thanks so much for your help Cristin. I truly appreciate it!
