Bought the Kraken Paint the City hoodie, wore it a small number of times since I got it in early September and there is already tearing around the pocket. $130AUD for what's clearly a cheap and poorly made product

We ordered a hoodie in a specific color from NHL after the item was delayed we ended up receiving the wrong color hoodie. We contacted them and were reassured that they would go ahead and send us a return label for the wrong hoodie we received and would ship out the right hoodie that we actually ordered.. after being delayed once again we received yet again the wrong hoodie, exactly the same as the first wrong shipment. When we contacted them about this repeat issue they took zero accountability for either mistake and made it sound like we ordered the wrong hoodie even though the first agent we talked to reassured us that they would make sure they fixed the issue upon reshipping. They told us the only solution they had for our trouble was to return both of the wrong hoodies and after they received them they would issue a refund 8-10 business days later but commented that there was no way to be sure that if we reordered that we would in fact receive the hoodie we desired… WTF insanity!!!

NHL Shop is absolutely the worst place to shop!!!! They lost my package then shipped half of it. and good Luck trying to get help

Echoing the complaints of many others who placed orders only to have the order cancelled by NHL Shop months later due to "insufficient stock". They also lie when they say you can speak to a live agent. I was told I was speaking to a live agent only to discover shortly into the conversation it was AI. I won't be ordering from NHL Shop or Fanatics again.

Ordered an item that said it was in stock. Emails said delivery by a specified date on a Royal Mail 48 hour service. Once past that date I followed up with RM who stated they hadn’t received the package. NHL customer services stated I must wait another 7 days and there was nothing they could do until that date…..couldn’t tell me where the item was, why there was a delay and were just generally rude. Awful service and still no guarantee that the items will be delivered.

I pre-ordered a Jack Hughes Team USA hockey jersey in March. I pre-ordered this item on March 25th, 2026 well before the deadline to guarantee a jersey. Today, September 4th, 2026, I received an e-mail that my order was canceled today. The whole point of the re-release and pre-order was to make sure I got a jersey. Nope! Will not be making future orders with NHL Shop. Don't waste your time. Total bullshit.

I ordered a custom jersey and received the wrong item. I've been reaching out for six months now, and nothing has been done—still no refund in sight. This is hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had. Save your money and stay away from their website—they'll just scam you.

Ordered a Flyers flex fit hat and black tshirt with just their primary logo on it. Both items are trash. The hat fits like a child's hat and the tshirt is paper thin. I can see the logo breaking down and washing off after 1 or 2 washes. Pathetic.
