Avoid. Couldn't cancel order or get in contact with customer services at all. Sent multiple emails to try and cancel but no response. Online chat always said no one available. Now order has arrived, the returns portal won't recognise the order number so I cannot return and, again, cannot get hold of customer services. Definitely avoid as this has been so much hassle!

Avoid. I've been waiting for a confirmation of my order for 33 days now. I paid £105 for a shirt and there has been no clear communications on why there has been a huge delay in the delivery of the order – nor any confirmation whether the order will be honoured.

There is no way to send you an email and have information on this problem, this is not a professional way of working. And the live chat operators are not able to help.

I ordered a black jersey, and received a blue one. I contacted customer service and they offered to send the right one. When I got the second one, it was blue. When I contacted customer service again, they said all they could do is offer me a refund and to ship back the jersey. Not helpful whatsoever. Never got the jersey I wanted.

they rely too heavily on Fanatics which has zero quality control. They do make returns easy which is nice.

Ordered 2nd of Nov, because it said it will be despatched within 1 day for standard or 3 extra days for personalised item. My cousin's bday was on 11th so I thought I have plenty of time. After check out ETD was set to 14th. it is now 15th and it has not he despatched. I want my money back and their customer service is a total sham

I found NHLSHOP.COM to be a rip-off. Their sizings are non-standard and their exchange policy charges the consumer extra costs.

First, I bought 2 'authentic' jerseys for $500... B.S.!! What I got was a cheap $25 jersey from wal mart. Second, I asked if I could get a name patch to go on the back of the jersey, they told me they don't offer that. But yet, if you order another jersey, you can get one! Another B.S. !!! Go with another company or waist your money. Oh, and the delivery was very slow.
