Edit so my review will stay up. Their rings are not true to description. Everyone turned my finger green or was broken upon receiving. The only way they would answer me was when I posted the first review. Dealing with them has been a hassle. The owner is very unprofessional on i.g. it would be in ur best interest to save ur money. They hound u to post a review and so I did. These items arent real.
EDIT: THEY BLOCKED ME FROM SEEING OR COMMENTING ON THEIR IG!!!! I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE B.B.B. I WANT EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR BACK

First of all, we were able to cater all of your requests.
By doing that, it means that we prioritize on serving you better instead of doing business.
We totally did not earn anything from all of your purchases as we have given you refunds and replacement item. In fact, we even spent a little more just to provide your demands.
With that being said, I hope you know that we are an honest seller and that we are very much willing to go the extra mile just to make you feel satisfied.
Yes, there was a problem on our end but just so you know, we are currently investigating this item as you said it is now turning in to copper. We have customers in the past who are fully satisfied with the item this means that this must be an isolated case. Unfortunately, we cannot satisfy every single customer but we do respect our refund policy and we will be more than happy to refund your payment. Another point to consider, we have many items and we have many reviews, at least give us the benefit of the doubt that probably there was a problem on the item itself and not on the entire company. I just want to reiterate that we always resolve our customers' concerns because we will not be on this industry this long and many considerate customers would definitely give us a chance to prove ourselves. Again, I apologize for all the mess and rest assured that your concern will be resolved and I will reach out to you personally via email since I cannot provide personal details here.
